United Airlines has announced a new partnership with Chef's Table, the brand behind the award-winning Netflix series, to introduce an elevated dining experience in United Polaris® business class. Beginning August 1, travelers on select international flights will enjoy approximately 30 new dishes created by 11 acclaimed chefs from four continents, representing key destinations across United’s global network, including São Paulo.
Among the featured culinary talents is Brazilian chef Manu Buffara, internationally recognized for her contemporary interpretation of Brazilian cuisine. Each menu is inspired by the chef’s home city and includes a complete dining experience featuring an appetizer, salad, and entrée, thoughtfully crafted to maintain quality and flavor at cruising altitude. The initiative will also include exclusive onboard content showcasing the creative process behind the menus and the stories of the chefs participating.
More than a menu enhancement, the collaboration reflects United’s continued investment in customer experience. By bringing together gastronomy, hospitality, and cultural storytelling, the airline aims to create a differentiated premium offering that strengthens its appeal among global travelers and business leaders alike.
