On behalf of the Executive Committee, we extend our sincere gratitude to Will Landers for his dedicated service as President & Chairperson of the Board of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce from 2024-2025. During his tenure, Mr. Landers demonstrated strong leadership, steadfast commitment, and a deep passion for advancing the Chamber’s mission. His contributions have left a meaningful andlasting impact on our organization, and we thank Mr. Landers as he steps down to pursue other professional commitments.

We are pleased to announce that Simoni Morato, President & CEO of Safra National Bank of New York, was duly elected President & Chairperson of the Board at the April 30, 2026 meeting of the Board of Directors. Ms. Morato will return to this role, having previously served with distinction from 2020-2023. She officially assumes office today, May 14, 2026.

We are confident that Ms. Morato's leadership will further strengthen the Chamber and advance our mission of elevating and accelerating business connections between Brazil and the United States. We look forward to her guidance as we enter this new chapter.
