The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce is proud to share the launching of radio.edu, a bilingual monthly newsletter dedicated to bridging the gap between education and workforce development discussions in Brazil and the United States.

radio.edu is the brainchild of Renata Barão Leal, 2022 Person of the Year Fellow, and Maria Thereza Rios Hortencio, 2023 Person of the Year Fellow, both Stanford University graduates. The project is the result of their master’s research on career and technical education and the proposals they submitted for their Person of the Year Fellowships. Renata and Maria Thereza explored the intersection between education and work and identified the need for stronger connections between Brazil and the United States in this space. radio.edu continues this dialogue by sharing insights with broader audiences in both countries.
