The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Group Dot BR, proudly presented “Beyond Words: Executive Communication Across Cultures.”

“Beyond Words” is an interactive workshop designed for HR professionals and leadership teams, translating insights from neuroscience and embodied practices into practical, high-impact communication skills. Participants learned to manage fear of public speaking, recognize inhibition under pressure, ask open-ended questions that foster trust, practice empathetic listening, and navigate conflict with clarity and confidence. Experiential, accessible, and culturally attuned, this session strengthens executive presence, enhances decision-making, and builds more effective workplace relationships across diverse environments.

The workshop was led by Debora Balardini — Artist & Integrative Therapist; Executive Director, Group Dot BR (New York’s only Brazilian theater company); and Forbes “Forty Over 40” honoree.
