The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce is proud to be an institutional partner of the BR/USA Real Estate Forum, bringing together Brazilian and U.S. real estate leaders to exchange insights and explore opportunities for the sector.

Brazil is one of the largest real estate markets in the world, yet it remains largely invisible to global institutional capital. That gap is no accident. It reflects real differences in standardization, governance, underwriting, reporting and capital structuring.

The BR/USA Real Estate Forum takes the US market as the benchmark and asks what Brazil needs to change to meet that standard. On day one, Brazilian and American CEOs, CIOs, investment directors and developers share the same room, in panels moderated by faculty from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, one of the world's leading real estate schools. Day two is dedicated to on site visits to benchmark developments in the New York market.

It is a chance to see how a highly institutionalized, sophisticated and mature market operates, and what Brazil can do to access global capital on a more solid and professional

footing.

The BR/USA Real Estate Forum will continue on November 21, 2026, with curated site visits to real estate developments in New York City.
