ACM Neto was first elected mayor of Salvador in 2012 and reelected in 2016 with 75% of the vote on the first ballot. The Mayor is also President of the DEM party in Brazil. He gave a speech detailing his accomplishments as mayor, as well as insights into the newly elected administration.
