Building Economic Infrastructure Through Circular Fashion and Entrepreneurship

In a global resale market growing three times faster than traditional retail – and projected to reach US$350 billion by 2027 – circular fashion is emerging as a powerful driver of income generation and women’s economic empowerment. By integrating skills development, technology, ESG frameworks, and access to broader markets, sustainable fashion initiatives are advancing productive inclusion while helping to build more resilient and inclusive economic models.

The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Instituto Por Elas, hosted a breakfast seminar exploring how entrepreneurship and circular fashion are reshaping economic opportunity in Brazil and beyond. The event featured a dynamic conversation on how innovative models in circular fashion are unlocking new pathways for growth, inclusion, and impact.

Please note that this program took place in Portuguese.
