Brazil is one of the largest and fastest growing markets for cryptocurrencies and other digital assets in the world. In December 2022, the Brazilian government approved Law No. 14,478/2022, regulating the cryptocurrency market, as well as digital assets and service providers in the sector.

The Chamber has gathered a group of informed and knowledgeable panelists to discuss the main changes resulting from this legislative framework, including the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil’s opinions on the subject, and to present the opportunities and challenges that Brazilian companies and international investors face in navigating this always developing ecosystem.
