Job Description

Support customer queries via telephone and e-mail
Advise customers on Clearstream products and services
Forward and monitor all technical and services issues with other units involved
Act as key point of contact for internal and external parties with reference to settlement related queries
Deliver training for customers
Mainly cover North America markets, and act as back up for other team members
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers
Provide support to customers on all communication media offered by Clearstream

Responsibilities of Position
  • Resposible for clients in Brazil and Latin America
Required Qualifications
  • US Work permit, fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish
