Breakfast on Investing Today in Brazil: Addressing Tax Controversies, September 8

The panel, featuring tax partners from preeminent firms, will address current issues in the Brazilian taxation of international investment from the point of view of Brazilian companies as well as the plans of the Brazilian tax authorities for the coming years. Speakers will also discuss recent changes in:

(1) Brazilian tax laws, including thin capitalization and transfer pricing rules;

(2) the law and practice applicable to the usual channels of investment; and

(3) the financial and capital markets.
